Photograph & Video Policy:
Attendance at, or participation in, chapter meetings and other chapter activities automatically constitutes an agreement by the attendee for use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities.
Registration Policy:
All event sales are final. No refunds, however, substitutions allowed.
Rescheduling Meeting Policy & Disclaimer:
At the discretion of the SCC-CAAEYC Executive Committee, board meetings scheduled during holiday weekends or busy months may be changed to mid-week video conference calls. RSVP is mandatory. See RSVP Policy below:
